Questions to ask when planning a hybrid meeting

When you are planning a hybrid meeting, here are some of the questions you should ask.

Room

What rooms are available at that time (rooms may have times reserved between meetings for cleaning)?

What is the room capacity?

Will you be in the room or will you be attending remotely?

Facility

What protective measures are required in the facility?

What policies on vaccination proof does the facility have?

Meeting Platform

Which meeting platform will be used?

If there are attendees outside the organization, are there any additional requirements for them to connect to the meeting?

Equipment in the room

What meeting equipment does the room contain?

How do you connect to the meeting equipment?

How do you use the equipment?

Who can you call to help you with the equipment if you have a question or problem?
